Try this alternative option without extra cost.
The case already includes fans, so no need for more.
I require at least 500GB SSD.
Avoid a low-quality PSU, or you might later wish you didn’t.
The CPU comes with built-in video—use it until you upgrade to a dedicated GPU.

Additionally, you can operate Win 11 without activation forever until you obtain a valid license. This approach will also help reduce your expenses.

Then construct a PC, not a doorstop.
Gather more funds until you can handle it properly.
The PSU is outdated—it only has a one-year warranty and might harm other components if it fails.
The R5 5500 includes a cooler.
If you're concerned about the SSD, opt for a trusted brand with at least 256GB.
When the SSD nears 95% capacity, its performance and lifespan begin to decline.
I prefer the case, which also includes a 120mm fan.
RX580 cards were commonly used in mining but are no longer produced.
This suggests you might be facing issues there.
Consider a comparable Intel A380 model.

All the a380s arrive in March and my birthday is eight days away. Also, there are no reviews.

I plan to purchase it at the micro center, which brings the average cost down to around $430. Is this acceptable, or should I make any adjustments?

The purchase of that PSU poses a significant fire risk, as many have warned. Consider alternatives instead.

Alternatively, utilize the strong iGPU in that CPU to accomplish those tasks or allocate another 200-300 dollars for a dedicated GPU. If you rush and buy a lot of cheap, mass-produced e-waste like you intend to replace your new PC due to numerous simple mistakes, you won't be found in the systems section offering assistance for a working machine that fails because of many basic component choices despite plenty of guidance to avoid such issues...
