Filmora 11 causes frequent crashes on my PC due to a BSOD.
Good Evening,
After many frustrating exchanges via email with Wondershare Filmora and a Teamviewer meeting with one of their engineers, it seems they are not making progress toward resolving this issue. Despite sending numerous log files and folders, the program continues to crash my entire PC with a BSOD. I believe the problem may be related to the split screen editing feature, as I have only experienced crashes during such sessions. Filmora hasn’t provided any clear explanation, and they have requested another Teamviewer session, which I declined because I found them unreliable. They’ve repeatedly refused to refund my subscription, insisting they need to identify a solution that isn’t available. It’s quite disappointing. I was hoping someone could assist me with the Filmora logs and dxdiag files after the crash.
P.S. The blue screen displays something like “Video Management” or similar—can’t recall the exact message.
Thank you for reading.
Follow option one from the provided link.
After that, perform the following steps:
Create a small memory dump via Windows when a BSOD occurs – this generates a minidump file in C:\Windows\Minidump.
Open File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump.
Transfer the generated mini-dump files to your Desktop.
Avoid using Winzip; use Windows' built-in feature instead.
Select the files on your Desktop, right-click them, and choose 'Send to' – Compressed (zipped) folder.
Upload the resulting zip file to the cloud (OneDrive, DropBox, etc.).
Share the link to the uploaded file so we can review it together.
Hi,
I've attached the minidumps from the folder. They might be larger than typical memory dumps since I haven't experienced another crash yet, and I didn't use the function that seems to trigger the BSOD. Please let me know if the Google Drive link works—it includes 7 DMP files, and hopefully someone can review them better than Filmora's engineers.

I also have the dxdiag from when it happened.
I will transform them now. I had already begun but the program froze. I'm trying again now.
