I tried to capture gameplay at 60fps now that YouTube allows it. But I'm facing issues when replaying the video. Everything works during recording, yet playback stutters. I've increased the framerate to match and boosted the bitrate to 40000kbps for similar quality. I also reduced it to 30000kbps, but the problem persists. At 20000kbps it's less severe. Lower bitrates don't improve the issue. In OBS preview, no frames drop occur. Could it be Quicksync's problem or my CPU struggles with 60fps even at the same bitrate as when recording at 30? I have a 4670k at stock speed.

Consider whether your storage drive is fast enough for recording. I tested 60fps 1080p with the AMD Raptor card, and it functioned fine, though the speed wasn’t steady at 60fps. It can be challenging.

That's a good idea... I might record to the SSD, though I won't do it often. I'll give it a try.

I'm using a player to watch the video files. Are the videos in MKV format?
