Your Windows 10 files seem to have been accidentally removed. You only have the setup.exe and a sources folder remaining. It’s unclear what caused this since it wasn’t done by you. Seek assistance to recover your data.

As mentioned before, use the ISO utility from Microsoft. You can upgrade without creating an ISO, but I recommend preparing a USB stick or DVD as well https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10
