I experienced a hard drive failure recently and it stopped working. I swapped it out for an SSD under another partition name in Windows 10. Drive A failed, so I moved it to D:. Everything seems fine now except when adjusting settings, some programs from the old drive still appear and I’m unsure how to remove them. Any advice would be really helpful.

Proceed with the instructions to delete registry entries that indicate installed programs. After completing the steps, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and remove any shortcuts or related folders from the start menu.
