I’m curious if someone knows how to resolve this strange problem that appeared today without any changes. When launching apps like Chrome, CCleaner, Pot Player, or WhatsApp, Windows takes a long time to load them. I’ve restarted the system yet it’s still the same—any suggestions? Thanks.

I wouldn't think it was allowed to sneak past a sneaky Windows update coming from under a rock.
