bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, and bootrec /rebuildbcd. The first three succeeded but didn't resolve the issue. I've tested various SATA cables and ports, and turned off Secure Boot. Windows is refusing to boot after installing a new GPU.

Yes, you can reinstall Windows if you're still able to boot from BIOS.

Sure, but why would you go through that when you could simply try to resolve the issue? You mentioned you’d just switch to macOS and stay there for a month because you’re not motivated to move your files from SSD to HDD.

I'm starting now... just want to confirm my SSD is working fine. It completed without any issues, and the SFC/scancheck ran clean. Yay!

Updating the GPU should generally not cause problems, though in rare cases it might lead to driver reinstallation. This issue seems unrelated to the rest of your setup.
