So far removing didn't resolve the issue. I attempted a DISM repair but it didn't work. It seems like I'll need to check each folder individually until I identify the problem. I'm confident it's a Windows file, as the size was reduced to 85GB after the repair.

I resolved the issue by going through each folder manually and removing unnecessary items. Now the storage is limited to 9GB. Clearing the recycle bin at the root level instead of just my account brought it down to about 20GB. I don’t know why this worked, but 9GB is significantly better than 100GB, so I’m okay with it for now. I’ll keep tracking it to understand what triggers the growth.
