Hey everyone, I need a friend because he's having an issue. He just got a new internet connection, but the problem is he can't play or download/stream Twitch, Netflix, or YouTube at the same time. His speeds are 263.83Mbps download and 50.54Mbps upload—should be plenty, right? But when he tries to do both, his download slows down a lot and sometimes the connection drops completely. We checked for any bottlenecks, but nothing seems to be fully working. I hope you can help me with this (he) and we both live in Germany using a "Fritzbox" router. Thanks in advance!

Check if only this person is using the link. Does his device connect via Fritzbox over WiFi or Ethernet? If WiFi, which frequency? Has he attempted a reboot of the Fritzbox? Did he reset the network settings inside the operating system? Are there any internet optimization tools or adjustments made in the OS?

Check if the link is wired or uses Wi-Fi, and review the details of his computer's components.
