Try resetting your library directories by opening Windows + R, then typing regedit.exe. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders in the top section. Check the entries like My Pictures and My Videos for their folders. Right-click on each entry and select Modify. Update the Value Data path to your desired spot. Finally, restart your system. Transfer all files to the new location, then everything should work again.

Thanks for the update. It seems the "system folders" might have been combined, causing them to stay together even after changes. You may want to check how they're being organized and ensure each folder is placed correctly.
