I was reinstalling Windows using installation media because the system reset inside Windows wasn’t functioning. I’ve cleared everything from the drive, restored it to unallocated space, and tried multiple reinstalls, but nothing helped. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps online—like running bootrec /fixmbr, fixing boot, and rebuilding the boot sector—but access was blocked for fix boot. I’ve also tried various fixes from articles, hoping someone could offer a solution for my situation. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Check if SecureBoot is active in BIOS. Disable it if needed. If enabled, remove the corresponding boot keys.

CSM was definitely activated. It seems SecureBoot was disabled, though I can't verify that at the moment. Would you mean removing keys if SecureBoot was on?

You don’t have to worry about keys when there’s no Windows installation to manage. Seeing partitions during the Windows boot media process might mean you should clear everything first before starting a fresh setup.

Attempt to remove the keys. Partitions remain after setup, but they were deleted during the "select install disk" step in the Windows installer. Reinstalling will wipe everything clean. Are there any remaining files you should delete?

Checking for fixes without a full reset is possible. Let me know if you'd like guidance.
