Hello, I've tried all possible approaches, including disk management tools and diskpart. The USB drive's main volume is set to offline, and it won't accept any letters or online access. Diskpart reports it as 'The device is not ready.' Before this issue, I flashed an OpenBSD ISO onto it, but after reformatting it back to exFAT, the same problem occurred.
