I just installed Windows to the newest version and I have a folder called windows old. I attempted to remove it, but I can't because I don’t have permission. Windows says I have full control over everything—system and personal—but I’m still stuck. What should I do?

It will likely remove itself after some time (maybe a month or two?), or you can clear it via disk cleanup. Probably right-click the drive, select properties, then cleanup or check its name in English.
