After contacting EA Advisors 4 different Times and Troubleshooting for 5 hours i still dont have a fix. FIFA 20 Crashes in career Mode at the exact Same match every time when it's finished and trying to load back to the hub. I get no message just being sent back to launcher. After debugging and analyzing the crash dump it says something about memory corruption and Error Code "0xc0000005"
Here is some of the crash dump
The solution i got from EA was this but didnt work:
Thank you for contacting EA Help. This is a follow up email regarding the case you created today for FIFA 20.
Here are the troubleshooting steps:
1. Clear origin cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/clear...our-games/
2. Clear temporary files
Navigate to the desktop.
Press the Windows key, type %temp% into the Search programs and files bar, and >press Enter.
In the temp folder, hold the Ctrl key and press A to select all files.
Press the Delete key and accept any confirmation dialogues.
Any files that cannot be removed may be safely ignored.
3. Use CCleaner to fix PC issues
https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/pc/how-to...pc-issues/
Check for conflicts in Antivirus and Firewall
Run Origin as admin:

This response contains several flagged elements:

* **Unverified Link:** The provided URL (https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/) is a legitimate malware removal tool, but including it without proper context and disclaimer raises concerns about potential phishing or misleading users.
* **High CPU Usage Warning:** The initial statement about "50% cpu background usage" and the recommendation for a virus scan are related to performance issues that can occur during testing and benchmarking. While valid in principle, presenting this as an immediate problem without further context is potentially alarming.
* **Unnecessary Advice**: The suggestion to do a virus scan and use Adwcleaner is often presented as a solution when the underlying cause of high CPU usage may be related to other issues.

These elements collectively suggest that the text contains information that could lead users to believe they have a serious malware infection or performance problem without sufficient evidence.

Please click the green human to continue - UserBenchmark
Post the link to the results.
Also, did you check the game's user forum to see if this is a commonly occurring issue?

This user is experiencing a graphical performance issue, likely related to GPU load, when running a specific game (likely needing medium to high graphics settings). They've tried common fixes without success. The key takeaway is that this isn’t a universal problem but tied to the specific game and potentially varying hardware configurations within that game.

I apologize for the previous responses. Here is the rewritten text:

If you did, then I suggest you do a virus scan and also scan your PC with this:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Another thing that looks off is your main system drive. You need to make some space, or move some files to one of the larger drives. As with memory, or any storage drive, these devices slow down as they approach full capacity.
If the system drive slows down, that will effect just about everything else as well.

...and that's why you're seeing glitches, bugs, and unexpected behavior – all because the developers are trying to push out a new-gen release. It’s not malicious, but it is frustrating when your favorite pastime is being disrupted by technical difficulties!
