Are you among the players of Forza Horizon 3? If so, welcome, fellow drivers! I've been enjoying the game for more than five months now and find it incredibly great. The only downside is that my CPU struggles with it, even at low settings. I'm curious—will the developers address this issue? I've noticed similar problems on better systems too. Gamertag: xR3ep3rx

They won't. F3 is essentially finished, and a 7 is still coming soon. It'll stay a poorly tuned game.

Since the Multithreading update a while back, I haven’t encountered any more stuttering problems. Is there an option available in the settings menu? Also, it seems 8GB of RAM can cause issues occasionally.

In your setup, RAM and CPU are working fine, but the CPU ran at full capacity most of the time. RAM usage stayed around 6GB out of 8 GB. I used RTSS to track temperatures and component stress, which helped identify the issue.

I'm not facing any problems with FH3, but it seems RAM might be the main limitation. The PC version is pretty intensive.

The game performed smoothly without any stuttering or lag for me. My CPU usage was around 6700k, and it ran well at 1440p using a GTX 1080 at full settings.

Typical in Horizon 3 was the performance of weaker AMD CPUs, which often caused issues. However, I concur with RGProductions—the game is complete and the team is focusing on Horizon 4.

runs smoothly on my end as well: 6700K / 16GB / 1070 / full settings. At 3440 x 1440 it stays at 60fps+. Edit: just verified the OPs specs from the profile. In short, if the details match, the game won’t lag on your system.

Awesome! The game runs at 60 frames per second just when loading starts. Haha!

Looking for an upgrade? Consider the 7700K with 16GB RAM and 3600MHz clock speed. It runs at 980 Ti and supports 1440p at 60fps without issues. In contrast, your 5600K with RX 470 struggled to hit even 50fps in low resolution.
