Since installing this machine, I've noticed frequent fTPM stuttering—audio pops and overall lag. This seems to occur whenever I have multiple windows open, Spotify playing, or video streaming at high resolution, especially right after waking up from hibernation. A simple restart usually resolves the problem until more demanding tasks start. My system specs include a 5600 MHz CPU, B550 Boosted Intel Core i5 (BIOS v2.40), 32GB Crucial SSD, R9 290 GPU, and Sabrent Rocket Q4 SSD. Video quality isn't perfect but it can show some stutter if you move the mouse. PC Specs: 5600 MHz CPU, B550 Boosted i5, 32GB SSD, R9 290 GPU, Rocket Q4 SSD.

Sure, I can attempt that using the newest AMD chipset drivers.

Due to GPU limitations this time, software tweaks will be essential to address the issue. Is your monitor equipped with Freesync? What refresh rate are you using? Activate Enhanced Sync in the drivers and ensure Freesync is enabled if available. Turn off V-Sync everywhere.
