Feeling unsure about the next move!
I’ve explored titles such as Bioshock Infinite, Max Payne 2/3, Assassin's Creed series, Brotherhood, Revelations, and AC:Black Flag. They all left a strong impression, except for AC3. Now I’m feeling a bit uninterested since the gameplay in AC:Black Flag resembles what I saw earlier. I’m looking for something fresh—something outside the usual genres. I’m considering first-person shooters with compelling narratives like Bioshock Infinite. But FPS games of that caliber are hard to find. I’ve checked tabletop strategy titles, but most are either lengthy or don’t fit my time frame (only 7 days). I need a game that delivers quickly, stays within a short playtime, and offers an engaging story without being too niche. It shouldn’t involve stealth, RPG mechanics, zombie apocalypses, military settings, or gangster themes. I want something fast-paced, action-packed, adventure-focused, and action-adventure/stealth-free. The story should be clear and easy to follow, ideally independent of other entries in the series—something like Bioshock Infinite. If you have recommendations, that would be great! Also, I’ve seen Just Cause 2, but it only works in windowed mode even with full screen enabled. Tomb Raider is a big download (10GB) and DVDs aren’t available here. Let me know if this fits your needs. Thanks for your support!
A significant distance from these themes, yet exploring distinct angles.
Imbue an Elysian Tail Awesome tale, a blend of RPG, action, and 2D platformer with stunning visuals and fluid animations. The narrative is unforgettable and packed with memorable moments. Spending 12 to 20 hours may be needed to uncover every hidden detail. While it might not match your exact preferences, it’s definitely an exceptional experience I highly recommend. A solid pick if you’re drawn to Tombraider; Just Cause 2 works but feels limited in story depth for my taste.
I'm feeling a bit jolted by all that action-packed stuff like AC and Bioshock, and now I'm trying to shift gears. It's not exactly smooth... Yeah, but if the visuals don't live up to expectations—especially after seeing what came after—well, that's a bummer.
