I don't really enjoy fighting games much. Super Smash Bros is the only one that works for me, but all the others fall flat when everyone plays well. When things are tough, it feels good, but if someone is practicing, it becomes tedious for everyone else since they can't keep up. I tried Arkham Knight and thought it was mediocre. The visuals were impressive, likely the best I've seen. However, the fighting didn't feel exciting or rewarding, and the car movement was slow and unrefined. It didn't have much depth. I probably went through about six missions before getting bored.

I think I tried it once in college. Probably for about an hour at most. It was during a big group session with around 20 people, controller hand-offs, and I wasn’t really paying attention. I remember playing the demo of Asylum back then. It looked cool, but the stealth aspect didn’t really stick with me. I borrowed the game and it worked fine. I guess Knight felt repetitive compared to other titles. I didn’t form any emotional ties to the characters—just knew Batman, Gordon, Alfred, and a few villains. Since I played so little, I mostly stuck to the tutorial and a few missions. I used an AMD card and was impressed by the performance. PhysX is hard to imagine!

I'm currently in phase 42, though much of my time has focused on adjusting and enhancing hardware. I sometimes enjoy playing music I like.

Never really followed everything, but... Growing up, I played those classic machines like the Vic 20, C-64, Atari—before the Atari itself. It was a racing game with controls from an arcade console (like a school bus jump). As I got older, my interest faded for a while until my son arrived in the mid-90s. My passion returned strongly then, and now he's in his twenties. By the time I'm around 50, gaming feels like it’s not for me anymore. It happens.
