Hmm, it seems you're uncertain about accessing the CPU and thermal information. You might be able to do that via the device manager. If not, checking the manufacturer's website for an "update all" option could help. Look for specific guidance there to stay current.

Hello, thank you for your question. Could you clarify whether your monitor is connected through the GTX 1650 back ports or via the motherboard's output?

I think my monitor is connected to the 1650. I have an HDMI cable linking it to my TV, which is plugged into the motherboard. It's unclear if that matters, but I typically use the monitor. The TV port is used only occasionally.

Huh. Surprised they don't supply their own software for reading those...
Open hwinfo, Sensors Only again, and to find the thermals is as simple as picking out the ones with the thermometer next to them.
If there isn't an update all option, I already pointed out the ones you should install.

I confirmed those items were important. I’ll make sure to revise them.
Here are the thermals:
GPU 30%
CPU ~40%
(Indicates CPU package 39%, CPU IA core 40%, CPU GT cores 40% – all varying between 39 and 40%)

Are those the highest temperatures recorded in Celsius?

Yes, Celcius sorry. It wasn't the maximum temperature. Now the CPU is around 65 degrees, while the GPU is at 30. Sorry for all this, thank you for your assistance. Is there a method to achieve a consistent static median temperature, or will it keep fluctuating? I've registered my PC with DELL and am updating drivers and following all your advice.

It's constantly shifting, which is why the min and max values appear. Are these the temperatures you experience while playing, or just on your computer? We require real-time data from the game. The clock symbol in the bottom-right corner of hwinfo helps reset all ongoing measurements.

Thank you for your patience. The system shows CPU and GPU details, and the GPU is currently at 59 -82. This is while I'm playing Fallen Order, which I'm trying to play.

It's not the temperature that matters, but the 82 is too high for just a GTX 1650. Which of the two HDDs hosts the operating system and which contains the game library?
