Country: Iceland
Budget: ~450,000 ISK (~$3,300 USD)
Main Purpose: High-refresh 1080p/1440p gaming, multitasking, streaming

Monitors: Dual display configuration (1080p 165Hz gaming + secondary screen)
Operating System: Already owned

Key Priorities:
- Strong single-core CPU performance for smooth high-FPS gameplay and quick reactions
- No CPU/GPU limitations
- DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM with EXPO compatibility
- Fast PCIe Gen4 SSDs (2TB boot, 4TB storage)
- Motherboard supporting Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- Case featuring four USB-A ports on the front
- Moderate airflow design (top-mounted AIO, front intake fans)
- Stable 850W PSU (ATX 3.0) for future upgrades

Full Build Summary:
| Component | Model | Price (ISK) |
|--------------|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|-------------|
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D | 77,900 |
| CPU Cooler | ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO (Black, top-mounted) | 29,990 |
| Motherboard | ASUS X670-P Prime WiFi (ATX, DDR5, AM5, WiFi 6, 2.5GbE) | 69,995 |
| RAM | G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5-6000 CL30 EXPO (2×16GB) | 27,900 |
| SSD 1 | Samsung 990 Pro 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe (Boot/Primary) | 30,900 |
| SSD 2 | Crucial P3 Plus 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe (Games/Storage) | 39,900 |
| GPU | AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB | 97,500 |
| Case | DeepCool Morpheus Black (4 front USB-A, 4× 140mm intake fans) | 44,500 |
| PSU | Corsair RM850x 850W 80+ Gold (Modular, ATX 3.0 compliant) | 31,900 |

Cooling & Airflow Configuration:
- Four 140mm front intake fans (standard)
- Three 120mm radiator fans (top exhaust, mounted to AIO)
- One 120mm rear exhaust fan
Result: Mildly positive airflow (ideal for GPU cooling and dust management)

Feedback & Questions:
- Any reliability concerns or BIOS issues with the ASUS X670-P Prime WiFi and Ryzen 7 9800X3D?
- Does the Crucial P3 Plus 4TB meet needs for gaming and media, or should it be upgraded?
- Ideas to enhance airflow or refine fan placement in the DeepCool Morpheus?
- Overall balance of performance for gaming and streaming at 1080p/1440p?

Thank you for your input!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Consider exploring a B850 chipsetted board, avoiding ASRock boards and opting for one with a robust VRM layout.
This depends on your game installation size and the number of games in your library.
I’d configure all fans to intake and keep the rear empty to maintain positive air pressure, then check your temperatures.
This site and most users are based in the USA; since you’re in Iceland, please note your preferred purchasing site so we can understand your access options. Brand and product availability may differ by region. Deepcool isn’t allowed in the US, for example, while pricing on other components might not be ideal.
I’d consider the RX 9070 XT or RTX 5070 Ti if they match the GPU listed above.
Moved the thread from the Memory section to the Systems section.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll check the b850s. What model would you suggest? This is the platform I rely on for buying all my components (https://vaktin.is/index.php?action=price...lay&cid=11). I need to know the cooler I'm looking at: https://tolvutek.is/Tolvur-og-skjair/Ihl...566.action
