FCBGA1440 is a soldered component, not a socket. These are bare CPU chips that are directly attached to the motherboard and commonly used in laptops or prebuilt systems. Swapping it out is feasible, but replacing it requires another identical FCBGA1440 chip. Desoldering many BGA parts can damage the board if you're not experienced. It's strongly advised to purchase a new CPU, motherboard, and cooler for any upgrade.
