Currently I'm achieving over 190 FPS in Modern Warfare 2, but it still doesn't match the smoothness of VSync. I know it won't be perfect, but shouldn't G-Sync handle most of the lag? It behaves similarly when I use a 60Hz monitor. If the problem is with G-Sync, can I check if it's functioning correctly?
Which display are you using? At 100 frames per second it shouldn't feel jittery or slow unless the panel itself is faulty.
The LG Ultragear 24GL600F-B runs at 144hz with 1080p resolution and a 24-inch display. This is why I'm puzzled; I've tested various settings but nothing works.
The only thing that comes to mind is it isn't officially G-Sync certified. On NVIDIA's control panel it lists it, but based on what I've seen recently, it probably doesn't matter—just click the box and it should work. Still, I want to eliminate all other possibilities before deciding to get a certified monitor.

I double-checked and realized I had the wrong monitor. The right model is 24GN60R-B, an IPS panel—not TN. This adds another layer of confusion. For now, I’ll steer clear of anything that can’t handle V-sync, since I’ve managed to get by as far as I can. Perhaps I’ll upgrade later and things will sort themselves out.
