You're trying to expand the setup with more monitors on Windows 11 micro-PCs. The devices use Intel UHD chipsets and have HDMI/DP ports. The main issue is that when you connect a DP cable, the device monitor doesn't update and Windows can't recognize extra displays. You need to verify compatibility and possible fixes.

Consider these steps in order:
1. Confirm the exact chipset model or model number of the micro-PC.
2. Check if the HDMI/DP ports support additional displays (some ports may require specific configurations).
3. Ensure the operating system is up to date, especially for display drivers.
4. Test connecting a known working monitor to see if the issue persists.
5. If possible, consult procurement records or contact the vendor for model details.
6. Explore driver updates or alternative solutions like using a hub or switch.
7. If budget allows, consider higher-cost options such as dedicated display controllers.

Start by reviewing the BIOS settings to identify any options that disable or restrict the display port functionality.

They're using a selection of processors, likely based on their graphics capabilities. The CPU details will help determine if the UHD display is suitable and supports various screen sizes.

The number of monitors supported is a manufacturer decision often set in BIOS. While UHD graphics can handle 2 or 3 monitors, the BIOS doesn't always allow it. You can try booting into BIOS mode by pressing a key such as F2 or Delete immediately after turning on the computer. There will be menus with various options; look for something called "Multi-monitor support." Good luck!

No available feature in Bios matches that choice. I spent some time reviewing it. That was the concern I had. Right now, we're evaluating USB to HDMI extensions for the machines. Given the constraints of the computers, I don't see any other solution.
