What's going on with this game? I'm running it at medium-high settings with most features turned off, yet it still lags at 60fps. There must be something I can fix or adjust. Can you help improve its performance, or should I just give it up? I'm really frustrated because it keeps stuttering even when using the "DisableLoadingMip0" trick on my i5 3550 with GTX 780 and 8GB RAM.

You achieved around 45 frames per second on the highest configuration using your 980 and i5 processor. That’s great for a Ubisoft title!

They’ve clearly optimized both MSAA and TXAA for maximum performance. It seems they’ve fine-tuned their handling of these techniques so that even at 60 FPS with high settings, the frame rate stays stable around 50. No matter the configuration, enabling either still impacts performance noticeably.

Are you installing the newest NVIDIA drivers? Ubisoft titles often lag, but we can reduce the issue by limiting resources.

Some options are clearly not working, like the latest NVIDIA drivers (347.09) don’t help with this game.

Even with Anti-Aliasing, the game performs poorly in optimization. I achieve better FPS at 4K without AA compared to 1080p with four times MSAA.
