No, there isn't a save or quicksave option available besides finishing missions and sleeping.

You're seeing over 80% utilization on your i7 with all cores running at high settings in a 1600x900 windowed display.

You can save your progress by pressing the up arrow on your phone during the in-game session

Hey there! Just a quick note—Thony, you're coming soon, and the game looks really good. Thanks for the feedback!

No problem, not sure if u can quicksave during Prologue. I only saved it after 1st mission (the black guy one ) My GPU is not handling the game well on high settings (bad card for 2 monitor setup) so my game doesnt look beautiful

Really? This doesn't align with what we've discussed before.

KingCry posted on April 13, 2015 at 10:02 PM sharing their experience. They mentioned they hadn't played Multi since trying GTA V on an X360, noting the single-player mode wouldn't have been new to them. They reported around 85% usage during outdoor play and about 45-50% when inside, mentioning it was an invite-only lobby with just them.

The system displays a video memory size of 6142MB even though the SLI stack doesn’t include V-RAM. This could be due to driver settings, memory mapping, or additional buffering layers not visible in the basic stack view.
