I noticed a change in your setup. Could you clarify which device is connected to the motherboard and which one is plugged into the first unit? That should help identify the issue.

These units are PWM fan hubs and don’t affect RGB at all. Which fans are involved? How do the RGB cables connect? Are they linked together in a chain? What header on your motherboard supports them?

Observing this swiftly reveals the fans come with a distinct ARGB (chainable) cable. Connect one fan to the motherboard's ARGB header, then link each following fan to the initial one.

I don't see an ARGB header (I'm using ARGB), but after flipping the cases, the RGB worked on my previous case. The fan hub connects to the (case fans header) and they aren't linked together in a chain.

These fans, as shown in the video, won't work unless you connect the special ARGB cable (3-pin, 5V) to an ARGB controller. Just one header is enough because the cables can be linked together.
