Yes, and if you have a vertical CPU cooler, direct it downwards to allow the hot air to be expelled quickly.
2 intakes at the front, 1 exhaust at the back, 1 exhaust at the top. Avoid using too much on the top fan. You need a smooth airflow in and out of your case, or you'll create a swirling vortex of hot air inside.
