They often rely on the belief that their platform stands out, using sales discussions as a key point in their arguments. If logic were applied straightforwardly, they might focus more on strengths rather than criticizing others.

Just noticed this could spark a huge debate.

They lack reasoning, focusing instead on whatever was available or brought them comfort. They attempt to defend their stance using sound arguments, even though they don’t care about logic. Their goal is simply to influence others toward their preferred platform.

Thank you for your honest reply. I wasn't anticipating such a direct comment about purchasing a PC.

It's because people often start life with what they were raised with, and they prefer not to acknowledge that their upbringing isn't a universal solution.

If your reasoning is sound, you aren't genuinely a fanboy. By nature, fanboys lack consistent logic.

Some people claim any platform is limited thinking and don't belong in serious talks about it. I'm just teasing my console friends about how their setup is "better." But honestly, I own an Xbox One. I don’t use it as often as my PC, but it still works fine. Every platform has its advantages; a few gaming systems are genuinely valuable. (I think there were some early examples of this too) Even Total Biscuit owns an Xbox One, Wii U and PS4.
