Fallout(before 4) leans more toward role-playing elements, while Watch Dogs focuses more on action-oriented gameplay.

I don't understand why, but I've always really enjoyed the 3D Fallout titles (Fallout 4 being my top pick) and Watch Dogs feels like a parody of Saints Row, which is essentially a strange take on GTA...
