What I have is NV, anyone know if mods apply to the pirated version from lutewan @ RZeroX @paprikaman @ AnnoyedShelf @ Mohenjo?

Yeah, they do it, but it’s a real hassle to set up. Plus, I think you’ll run into a few limits since you’re on Intel HD.

fallout 3 offered a more immersive post-apocalyptic world compared to nv. new vegas shifted the mood slightly but remained in that genre, making its activities feel more engaging. I’d suggest beginning with 3, then moving to new vegas and its DLC.

I operate with Fallout Mod Manager and it functions on both 3 and NVS versions.

Fallout New Vegas is way better, maybe playing in Fallout 3 just meant visiting Mothership Zeta and Operation Anchorage right after finishing the first mission.

New Vegas wasn't released in 2010. Skyrim isn't a Vegas clone; it's a different game entirely.

They likely adapted concepts from NV and enhanced them in Skyrim.

Truthfully, if you're someone eager to dive into Fallout for the first time, I'd recommend going for both. Each has its own strengths, though New Vegas leans more in line with the original vibe.
