I'm wondering if NVIDIA includes game configurations within their driver software.

Ensure the game is launched from the dedicated GPU, not the built-in graphics. This could affect switching to the game executable since it uses a separate launcher.

You might want to test another Windows resolution. I've encountered problems with video cards or monitors affecting game loading. Trying a different resolution or adjusting the monitor's refresh rate could help. It's worth a shot.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas worked well on my Windows 7 system. They didn’t have issues there, and I didn’t notice any problems even though I upgraded to Windows 10.
