I recently have been playing all of the old Fallout games, but when I get to Fallout: New Vegas, It crashes about 10 minutes in. I don't recall exactly what triggers it, but I know ALT + TAB ing freezes it. WHen it crashes, It doesn't say "Not responding" or anything, it just disappears. Anyone have the same issue? (I have tried running in compatibility mode for Win Vista and Win 7.)

You're using Windows 10 64-bit and previously ran it on Windows XP and Windows 8. Alt-tab often causes crashes. If background apps aren't open when playing, are you experiencing any problems?
