Attempted to launch Fallout 4 today... Game launched instantly, just loading endlessly... I know it's running on my hard drive, but it should finish soon.

I tested without any changes and it's still identical after adding mods.

Confirm all mods are turned off. Is this available on Steam? Running an archive check may restore any missing or altered files.

I'm going to attempt to turn off all mods and DLCs and see if it runs smoothly!

This seems to be a mod-related problem. I experienced the same issue when many mods were active.

Consider executing a diskdrag operation. After prolonged use with frequent installs and deletions, the drive might become highly fragmented across partitions.

I generally mention this option, but I believe a fresh installation is sufficient.
