Have you restarted your setup after the update? It's unclear if this affects the PC, but on the PS4 you need to power off the device after applying the patch to ensure proper functionality. Consider removing the driver via the dedicated uninstaller (AMD offers a clean reinstall option) and then reinstall it. If problems persist, reverting to an earlier version might help.

Restart the BIOS on the card and then apply any available updates. Doing it correctly should resolve any problems. I needed to install a BIOS update for my Sapphire R9 280 OC Edition to ensure proper functionality.
