It should appear noticeably improved compared to previous versions, likely surpassing the look of fo4 while sharing the same engine as skyrim.

We won't understand the full scope of FO4 until they share footage that isn't taken from the Xbox One. If you notice the gap between the console and PC versions of Skyrim, FO4 is expected to appear much more impressive than anything we've seen before.

Based on my view, Bethesda titles typically feature extended LODs and improved shadow quality, though they often prioritize console optimization with only minor adjustments. They tend to be designed primarily for consoles, yet I’m hoping this version is genuinely tuned for PC performance.

The FPS stays fixed at 30 on consoles in FO4, which supports Bethesda's approach. Unless they also cap the PC version, I’d support their direction. Coming from a console background, moving to PC in Skyrim was a big change before mods became part of the mix. It’s frustrating not being able to run FO3 smoothly on Windows 8.1 without making changes.

For the game on 8.1, you just need to download Games for Windows Live and you're ready to play. The FPS speed isn't limited to 30 frames per second.

He's saying he hopes is not locked on PC, there's no reason to assume to would be, but some people are worried for no reason all the time

I'm actually a nervous person, not a fighter. They look alike but are completely different individuals. I can only represent the Steam edition of Fallout 3, but using Windows 8.1 means moving and adding files manually. With my short patience, I just play New Vegas.

The PC version remains unlocked. A tweet mentioned the console would run at 30FPS, with no restrictions on PC performance.

Checking Ark: Survival game sounds interesting. It seems appealing to me. The issue is my location in the Philippines and the poor latency. On NA servers I get 200-270 ms, while in EU it's 350-3000 ms. I'd love to see a good MMO available in the Philippines or an SEA MMO for us. Feeling bored of playing WoW, GW2 and other games with 250+ ping T_T
