The updated "sli profile" with the Just Cause game-ready driver has significantly reduced my frame rate. Now I'm getting around 30 frames per second instead of the high 50s.

The discussion is about Fallout 4 and not SLI. Regarding your question, I’m unsure if the drivers for JC3 have been updated, but from what I understand, the game isn’t compatible with multi-GPU setups (see NCIX Tech Tips Video).
