It should work fine. I tested it on an FX 8320 and RX 570 with the ultra hd texture pack, and it likely ran at 60fps. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly suggest giving Fallout New Vegas a go. It offers more RPG elements, a richer story, additional NPCs, and more choices compared to Fallout 4, though it's still less than New Vegas. The Fallout 3 game of the year is also a solid option.

It looks like it should work without any issues based on what I understand.

The game is designed to run at 60FPS by default, but you can adjust it if needed. However, performance remains stable across various settings. My system runs at 5960x with a GTX 980, and I consistently maintain over 280 active mods without dropping below 40FPS, even in downtown Boston.

Because the "Creation Engine" (also known as Gamebryo) is an outdated and obsolete game engine requiring major improvements. It's clear Bethesda should abandon it and adopt a modern alternative like Unreal for their upcoming titles.

Abroad from the town, it should work well with moderate adjustments. Inside Boston, expect significant performance drops. Godrays and Shadows consume the most resources.

It should work without issues, I previously ran it on a GTX 650 Ti Boost—it wasn't ideal but still playable. Your 1050Ti performs much better. Don't anticipate high performance; even with an RX580, I still experience frame drops as low as 30 fps in certain areas, which is typical for that game. With medium settings, you should manage to run it around 50-60 frames per second most of the time, but keep in mind that Diamond City and Downtown are quite demanding on performance.

It'll probably be fine, though I'd turn off the Godrays though if you have issues.
