It seems everyone agrees it's mainly my own mistakes and financial decisions that are the issue. I'm considering upgrading my CPU, overclocking, or accepting that I can't run everything at maximum speed. I was hoping for something better, but right now I just don't want to try. Slightly, yet both face the same issue of it being acceptable in the market now to launch faulty titles. The person with the great setup has no excuse for causing worry about a broken game. In my view, anyone who buys a defective title should receive their funds back until it's resolved.
