I understand Fallout 4 can be quite buggy and prone to glitches. During my playthrough, there were two notable issues that bothered me. The first involved textures on certain objects and characters displaying oddly—especially with Piper, where reflections or shine effects appeared with strange colors. The second was even more unusual: after resetting the game to fix the first issue, opening a loot container revealed its title in Spanish (or another language, though it seemed Spanish). When I opened a file cabinet, it would display text in what looked like Spanish.
Expecting things to go wrong is part of the deal with Bethesda... so make sure you have the right gear to handle a poorly optimized game.
