They're completely different experiences. It felt the same when both games launched. Not a fair comparison.

I haven't played many Fallout titles yet, but I've read a lot about them. They've made the RPG feel less engaging than earlier games because there are fewer choices, less impact from your decisions, and a weaker story. On the other hand, GTA has stayed true to its style, delivering great gameplay and a compelling narrative. The person just wants to know which one I prefer...

GTA 5 offers an open world experience, while Fallout 4 leans more toward a sandbox style. I spend more time in Skyrim than in GTA 5, and I played GTA 5 for longer periods.

GTA remains intriguing without a single sentence. Would you like me to show?

They’re both open-world titles but I understand your point. GTA leans more toward crime and storytelling, with occasional lighthearted moments if you choose. Fallout has a sci-fi vibe and perks along the way. As I mentioned before, they serve different purposes, but from a gameplay perspective, GTA tends to be the stronger option. It really comes down to what kind of experience someone is after.

It’s the charm of a Fallout experience. No pursuers, just freedom to act on any idea that comes to mind.
