I recently purchased a new Dell Inspiron 5577 and thought it would be fun to play Fallout 3 on it. However, I encountered several problems. Using an enb caused an error about Windows 10 creator update not loading properly with the d3d9.dll file (though not critical, any suggestions would be appreciated). Eventually, I gave up on using the enb and started playing the game, but noticed a noticeable tear running diagonally across my screen from top left to bottom right while playing. This issue doesn’t seem to appear in other games like Fallout 4: Dishonored 2 or Skyrim Special Edition. Curious about what others think, do you know anything about this problem?

No, I didn't use VSync for the tearing.

The problem continues regardless of whether vSync is enabled or disabled.

Fallout 3 isn't officially compatible with Windows 7 or any newer OS. While Steam forums might offer some assistance, it's best to ensure you have the game properly purchased through Steam for the most accurate support.
