While traveling, I’d enjoy playing classic titles like Fallout 1 and 2, as well as Tactics, along with other games I missed during my childhood. My XPS 12 9Q33 should handle Fallout 1 without issues, but the mouse lag is really bothersome. It’s okay for the first few seconds, then it starts to flicker when you move it and causes delayed reactions of about 200–400 milliseconds. What steps should I take to try fixing this?

Open the right-click menu, go to Processes, select the CPU, then click Details. Adjust CPU Priority to Low.
