Hello, following the recent update to CachyOS, I'm experiencing issues starting Windows 11. It seems the Windows EFI partition might be damaged or replaced by Linux. Any guidance from the support team would be greatly appreciated.

Did the startup repair succeed or couldn’t access recovery mode? If recovery is available, should I launch the command prompt and run those commands? Bootrec /FixMbr Bootrec /FixBoot Bootrec /RebuildBcd? Check if that fixes the issue.

I can't access Recovery mode. I attempted to start from the installation USB for Startup repair, but that didn't succeed. I've also used your commands, which fixed the BCD, but the issue remained.

Adjust the path to your installed Windows disk. If unsure, run this command to check: Bcdedit /enum | find "osdevice" Sfc /Scannow /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\Windows chkdsk D: /f
