I've tested some third-party Linux gaming devices, but they didn't work. Then I tried Steam to install Battle.net, but it didn't display the login screen properly. I'm really frustrated because I wanted to play a game I enjoyed. Could you help me install WOW on Ubuntu? Thanks in advance.
I don't engage in WoW, yet it seems the usual tactic involves using Lutris on battle.net.
i don't think i'ts possible to play world of warcraft on linux, it's due to battle.net anticheat and won't work on wine/proton etc etc, for a better confirmation about my statement check lutris discord and ask there, i remember that it's not possible to install WoW but i might be wrong or have informations outdated since i've never played it <link removed by staff> Edited August 20, 2025 by SansVarnic Removed content.
