Yesterday night i didn’t remember to turn on my pc because i fell asleep. it went into standby mode and today when i opened it, it made a very loud noise. i turned it down and waited about an hour. later i started it again and saw the error "Overclocking failed." i pressed F1 to launch setup, then F1 took me to the BIOS, after that I pressed exit and save, and it started working. however, the loud noise was still there and my pc began to heat up a lot. when i checked the CPU temperature in BIOS it was 70°C, i’m really worried what should i do?

That loud noise is likely your CPU cooler. The fan is rubbing on something as it spins, or maybe it's just failing. Or it could be a pump issue if you have a liquid cooler.
