I set up cine bench 2024 from maxon.net and encountered an issue where it freezes during plugin initialization at 100%. I tried running it as admin, waited an hour, but nothing worked. The Microsoft Store didn’t list it, and when accessing it from the site the "get" button was grayed out. This is on Windows 11. Assistance needed.

Sorry for the oversight. You're using an HP Victus FB 2082wm with a Ryzen 5 8645HS, RTX 4050 and 16GB RAM.
