Hi, I purchased the RedKey USB V4 on July 28th and have only started using it recently. I followed all the steps, downloaded the updated insert, inserted the USB, removed the protective film over the 20-digit code, refreshed connected devices, selected the USB and entered the code. Despite multiple attempts, I’m unsure what to do now. I’m confused because I’m using Wi-Fi instead of a wired connection, and the middle dot on the screen is green while mine is yellow. I also tried using the older installer recommended on the website when activation issues arose.
