I faced problems with Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour and decided to remove it manually. It seems the uninstaller isn’t working properly, even when using setup.exe and trying different methods. The registry cleanup didn’t help, and no program has cleared it completely. I’m not sure if a system restore is safe since my last backup was over a week ago. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

What installer version are you running? Are you using the standalone option, "The First Decade," or "The Ultimate Collection"? Also, are you working with Origin? Your setup seems inconsistent because different installers interact with the registry in unique ways. If you're downloading pirated software, The Ultimate Collection is available online for a small fee.
