You’ve just installed your new motherboard and are facing login issues. The problem seems to be with the new hardware not being recognized by the system. It’s working fine with your TP-link, so check your connection settings or try a different network. Make sure the Wi-Fi is enabled on your PC and that you’re using the correct SSID and password. If the issue persists, verify the BIOS settings or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

It seems the connection isn't working through Ethernet, but it's functioning via Wi-Fi.

Plug your mobile via a USB cable and enable tethering. This allows your phone to act as a Wi-Fi hotspot, letting you connect without needing direct router access.

You can connect your iPhone to another device for sharing data or video by using the tethering feature.

This indicates you require network drivers, which you can’t obtain without logging in. It’s unusual that your login details are stored for offline access. What choices appear under “sign in options”?

I tried a different M.2 drive I owned with another operating system, but it still worked. I attempted to check for driver updates.

Well, there's an option you can try but you'll be on your own for the most part to actually get it to work. Pulled this from Google's AI so can't verify this actually works but I know there's a way to do exactly this just not sure if this is what it is. Though, given that it's just drivers there's no harm in giving it a shot. The main thing here is A. having a second computer and B. making sure you put the driver files in the root directory of the flash drive. If you have a iPhone 15 or 16 and with a usb-c hub that you can plug a flash drive into, you can actually accomplish this without a second computer. To install network drivers in Windows without logging in, you'll need to boot into Windows Recovery Environment or use a command prompt during initial setup. You can then copy the drivers from a USB drive and use pnputil to install them. Steps for Installing Drivers in Recovery Mode: 1. Download Drivers: Download the necessary network driver files (e.g., .inf, .sys, .cab) onto a USB drive from another computer. 2. Boot into Recovery: Restart your computer and enter the Windows Recovery Environment by pressing and holding Shift while clicking Restart. 3. Open Command Prompt: In the Recovery Environment, navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt. 4. Locate USB Drive: Identify the letter assigned to your USB drive using diskpart and list volume . 5. Install Drivers: Use the command pnputil /add-driver <USBDriveLetter>:\*.inf /install to install the drivers. 6. Restart: Restart your computer to apply the changes.

Check the manual for alternative installation steps. If WiFi isn't available, look for offline setup options or local support.
