Configuration: Intel 12600k Corsair 4000D Airflow Asus Z690P Wi-Fi DDR4 32 Crucial CL16 3200MHz Samsung P980Pro 500GB Seasonic Focus 750W Zotac RTX 3070Ti I just assembled a new setup but can't reach the BIOS (it doesn't matter whether it's linked to the GPU or the motherboard). The power meter flashes this way: IMG_0603.MOV

I'm feeling overwhelmed. You might also want to ask for help with troubleshooting here. Is that okay? The incomplete header is because I reconsidered and went back—believed the thread was canceled. I've finished a new build, but I can't reach the bios. The power light keeps blinking.

I've made the change to the thread. I'm currently trying another screen. A Windows 11 installation media is available if you need it.

I observed the fans on the GPU not spinning, yet the GPU itself is active. It appears there might be an issue with fully installing the GPU, even though the case dimensions accommodate it.
